I have met with LECNA Community Centre at Cinderella Drive Springwood and I can hire the community centre. It can be in the daytime or evening, whatever suits your group.

Why was this amount of money spent at Underwood Park and Springwood park? Whilst local parks that locals use do not have shade, adequate seating or water bubblers for people and their pets?
Why I want to be your councillor for division one, time for change no more champagne spending, communication is resolve. More support for our community, community groups and small businesses too.

Restricted residential car parking for 2 hours, a growing problem in Logan Division One. residents should be given a parking permit, why have they not been given that right?

I have already started to make investigations about this already before the election, the previous councillor has not pursued this for resolve even though they were notified.

Division One Logan City Council
A new chapter needs to be written, a new start for Logan City Council.
We need transparency, a community-minded councillor active in Division One.
Who will listen and will represent Logan Division One, with no agenda.
No preferred areas and other areas minimal attention.
Community groups support for all, not just some.
Now is the time for change
I am raising my hand to run for Logan City Council Division One.
2-hour parking restrictions
I will represent those that have the limited 2-hour parking bays outside of their home and challenge why they are being refused a council residence parking permit? and still continued to be fined $130

As a resident, you should be included and have a say for your division needs, so no money is wasted. You have a voice.

Underwood Park
I have heard from residents about the spending that was made for the precious stone and landscaping.
With further enquiries and awaiting a report from Logan City Council on this particular expenditure.
The Rose Quartz Stone cost was $50,000. and shipped in from the USA at a cost of $15,000
Sourced overseas?
Amount spent on the one stone $65,000
It is also estimated the landscaping for that area was $150,000
What was the resident's discussion around the crystal stone at Underwood Park in the wide-open space? Were you involved and told the cost of the stone and that landscaping in the design application, before it was approved?
The beautiful Chung Tian Temple gardens are in the same Underwood rd and are free to enjoy too.
Were their discussions/ consultations for this?
Dogs on a lead are also prohibited in this park?

Had free wifi added 3 years ago for park users at a cost of $150,000 just for one park in Division One

I will build a Division One website, at no cost for division one, with dates for listed meetings, changes in council, local events, local school and sporting events, local businesses & community groups.
It will have the following info on it
Neighbourhood Watch
and local Police contact details. You will have my support for all community groups, local businesses, sports groups and create more Neighbourhood Watch groups to improve our safety.
Local Job Opportunities
We need more local job opportunities and I will work with our council to ensure this happens.
It is time to thrive, not just survive.
I am a great communicator when I attend council meetings.
I act professionally and logically and am the very best representative for Division One.
I will offer community group assistance with training sessions for growth.
